Refund Policy

We will do our best to fulfill your demand. For any unavoidable circumstances, if we are unable to deliver your products, we will let you know. If the services require a refund, it will be processed within 10 working days after our acknowledgment.

The Marketplace ensures a refund if you cancel your order after payment (full/partial) before receiving the product/initiation of delivery procedure and if we are unable to fulfill your order for further processing.

** Please note that cash on delivery convenience charge and shipping charge will be excluded from the refund schedule as these are non-refundable charges.

Refund Process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service (09666774577) to initiate the refund process.

Step 2: Our customer service team will send a refund form to you.

Step 3: Please fill out the form with all the relevant information and resend it to us.

Step 4: After receiving the form, Marketplace will take 10 working days to resolve the issue.

Regarding Faulty or Damaged Items

The Marketplace is dedicated to providing flawless services and authentic products. If you detect any fault or damage (from our side) in our products within 24 hours of purchasing, you will get a replacement, refund, or adjustment.

Refund Methods and Time

  • Banking: 10 working days.
  • MFS and credit card reversals: 10 working days.
  • Refunding online/mobile wallet payments (Bkash, Nagad, etc) will take 10 working days as per the bank or payment gateway partner policy.
  • Refund charges will be applicable and will be deducted as per the policy and gateway charges.
  • For mobile wallet refunds, there will be no extra charges to be provided by Marketplace
  • Refund charges will not be applicable if the ordered product is not delivered on time.
  • In case of any cancellations of any pre-booking order(s) due to inevitable circumstances, the paid amount would be refunded to the customers’ Marketplace account.
  • If any order got canceled by the customer, then the customer will get refunded with his/her paid amount and shall be disqualified for any kind of offers or cashback associated with the particular order.
  • The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel, i.e., if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channel.
