Exchange & Return

  1. To return/exchange a product from Marketplace, the product must be returned to the concerned person (for example, the delivery man) in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer.
  2. Need to call Hotline: 09666-737333 for a return request.
  3. An exchange or return request must be made within 72 hours of the purchase.
  4. The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any flaws caused by the customer. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  5. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, and accessories which must be kept intact with the product.
  6. The sold product must be returned in its original packaging or box provided by the manufacturer.In case of food items the product seal cannot be opened and products with tampered or missing serial /UPC numbers are not eligible for return
  7. In order to return electronic products, all personal information (photos/videos/messages) should be removed/reset, along with any external transmissions (password/screen lock, etc).
  8. For orders outside Dhaka, customers can send the product to (SA Paribahan at Uttara Branch) OR (Sundarban Courier at Uttara Branch) and send us the Sundarban Courier OR SA Paribahan receipt number for your reference. Please use this address and contact number given below:

Note: Please note, if there is any problem from our side, we will offer free returns, exchanges, otherwise, the customer will have to bear the expenses of the return shipping.

Change of Mind is not applicable for return or refund.

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund request can be placed.

Note: We do not accept returns for any used items. For mobile phones, you may raise a return request if the device is dead on arrival (i.e., does not switch on completely, if the mobile phone has already been activated).

A mobile phone is considered activated once a SIM card has been inserted or when the phone has been connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.
